Security Officer Driving Patrol

As a Security Officer Driving Role Patrol in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy retail location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, shoppers, and store personnel by carrying out site-specific policies, security-related procedures, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floor areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and the perimeter, while observing and reporting unusual activity.
• Monitor access points, help to deter unauthorized activity, and report hazards, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.
• Support loss prevention awareness by maintaining a visible presence, assisting with customer interactions when needed, and following post orders related to daily operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
