What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location.
• Monitor visitor, patient, and/or vendor access at the lobby or reception area, assist with check-in processes, and direct individuals according to site protocols.
• Respond to incidents, questions, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with staff, guests, and first responders as needed.
• Observe front desk activity and report unusual behavior, access concerns, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel to help support daily operations.
• Maintain assigned post, document security-related events and/or visitor activity, and assist with administrative and communication duties connected to the front desk location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
