As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a busy logistics and distribution location, you will monitor entry points, conduct routine patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents while delivering top-notch customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and respond to emergencies as appropriate.
• Monitor access control points to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain authorized access to the logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter suspicious activity and identify potential concerns.
• Document and report any irregularities, property damage, or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal guidelines.
• Collaborate with site personnel and/or law enforcement as necessary to address security-related incidents.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of site-specific procedures and protocols unique to logistics and distribution environments.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
