What You'll Do:

• Carry out security-related screening procedures in accordance with site-specific policies and protocols at logistics and distribution locations.
• Provide customer service by assisting individuals entering and exiting the location and responding to inquiries in a professional manner.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and designated areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or prohibited items.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response activities.
• Communicate and collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
• Maintain accurate records and logs of daily activities, incidents, and screening results as required by site protocols.
• Remain alert and attentive to surroundings to help to deter potential risks and/or suspicious activities within the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Lifting up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
