As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a busy logistics and distribution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that may help to deter security-related incidents. You will document observations, communicate clearly with site contacts, and support smooth daily operations with strong customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and site personnel by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating observations and actions to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as directed.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of the facility, warehouse areas, yard, and perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or access.
• Monitor access points such as gates, guard shack, and loading dock areas, verifying authorized entry and/or exit for employees, visitors, vendors, and drivers in accordance with site requirements.
• Complete detailed written and/or electronic reports, including shift activity, incident documentation, and observations of unusual conditions involving doors, trailers, seals, and dock activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
