What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Screen individuals entering and exiting the logistics and distribution location, following established protocols to help to deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor and control access points, verifying identification and/or credentials as required for entry.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to help to deter potential security-related concerns and/or breaches.
• Maintain detailed records of observations, incidents, and/or suspicious activities for reporting purposes.
• Communicate with team members and site management regarding any security-related matters or concerns at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
