As a Security Officer Dispatch in Burr Ridge, IL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch professional at a dynamic utilities location, where you will monitor communications, coordinate responses to security-related incidents, and support site operations with strong customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a utilities location.
• Monitor phones, radios, alarms, and/or dispatch systems to receive calls, document activity, and coordinate the appropriate response to incidents, service requests, and/or unusual conditions.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with site personnel, first responders, and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Maintain detailed logs, reports, and dispatch records, helping to support accurate communication, shift activity tracking, and/or follow-up on security-related concerns.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter when assigned, noting maintenance issues, access concerns, and/or suspicious activity that could help to deter unauthorized behavior.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
