As a DISPATCH officer with Allied Universal at a leading aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and coordinate security-related communications, support routine patrols, and help to deter incidents through prompt response and clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Operate dispatch systems to monitor and coordinate security-related activities within the location, including communication with field personnel and management teams.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing established protocols for the location.
• Provide customer service by following site-specific policies and procedures, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Maintain detailed logs and records of all communications, incidents, and dispatch activities for review and reporting purposes.
• Communicate important information and updates to Allied Universal personnel and/or client contacts as required.
• Assist with monitoring access control systems and coordinating visitor and employee entry as needed.
• Support regular and random patrols by relaying information and dispatching personnel throughout the business and perimeter.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members to help to deter unauthorized activities and maintain a secure environment within the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
