Security Officer - Dispatch Center - Overnight Hours

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, dispatch protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a healthcare-related location.
• Monitor incoming calls, alarms, radio traffic, and/or service requests, and dispatch appropriate personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Respond to incidents, urgent requests, and critical situations by gathering details, documenting activity, and communicating updates to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Support access control and other security-related operations by maintaining dispatch logs, tracking routine and urgent activity, and helping to coordinate responses across the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as assigned, with working environments and conditions varying by site.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
