As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a commercial real estate location, helping to deter security-related incidents through regular patrols and a visible presence. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license. You will interact with tenants and visitors, providing outstanding customer service while upholding our values of integrity, teamwork, and putting people first in all interactions.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns within the location.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and staff while on patrol.
• Follow all Allied Universal and site-specific protocols to maintain a secure environment.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits during patrols.
• Document and report all incidents and/or suspicious activities according to established procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
