As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols and interact with tenants and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, guests, and tenants by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at commercial real estate locations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols and site instructions.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Monitor and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance needs encountered during patrols.
• Assist with access control and visitor management as required by site-specific procedures.
• Support emergency response activities when appropriate, including communicating with property management and emergency services.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports on incidents, observations, and activities as required by Allied Universal and client guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
