As a Security Officer - Clearance Required in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal at a dynamic aerospace and defense location as a Front Desk professional, where you will greet visitors, manage access, monitor entry activity, and support security-related operations through strong communication and customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control tasks, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a front desk location.
• Monitor the front desk area and help to address incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Verify identification, screen visitors, issue temporary badges or credentials, and maintain visitor logs in accordance with location protocols.
• Answer phones, provide directions, and communicate with site contacts regarding arrivals, deliveries, and/or access requests while supporting security-related operations.
• Observe entry points and reception activity, report concerns to the appropriate personnel, and document security-related events and/or policy violations as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
