Security Officer - Clearance Required Patrol

As a Security Officer - Clearance Required Patrol in Englewood, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed driving patrol officer at a fast-paced technology-focused location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, perform mobile patrols, and support access-related activity while helping to deter security-related incidents. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, production spaces, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials where required, and help to deter unauthorized access and/or policy violations within the location.
• Support a professional environment by reporting maintenance issues, hazards, and/or operational concerns that could impact daily business activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
