As a Security Officer - Chemical Dispatch Desk in Carrollton, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a chemical and petrochemical location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service and communication. This driving post requires you to navigate the site as part of your routine duties. What You'll Do:

• Monitor and operate communication systems to dispatch security-related personnel and coordinate responses to incidents at the chemical and petrochemical location.
• Receive and document calls for service, emergencies, and incidents, maintaining accurate records of all communications and actions taken.
• Communicate with on-site staff, emergency responders, and management to relay information and updates as needed.
• Assist in coordinating emergency response activities and follow site-specific protocols during critical situations.
• Help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity by maintaining constant awareness of site operations and reporting irregularities.
• Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting visitors or employees according to site-specific policies.
• Support Allied Universal and client objectives by following established procedures and maintaining professionalism at all times.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
