Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, maintenance-related concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting conditions to property management and/or Allied Universal leadership as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, corridors, parking areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, observe visitor and contractor activity, and support property access procedures in accordance with site policies while providing courteous assistance and clear directions.
• Communicate with tenants, visitors, property personnel, and/or emergency responders regarding security-related concerns, suspicious activity, and site conditions while maintaining detailed and accurate activity logs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
