As a Security Officer Badge Verification Specialist in East Point, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal at a busy retail distribution location, where you will monitor access points, verify credentials, and help support a secure environment through visible presence, routine patrols, and strong communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and delivery drivers by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at the location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, maintain visitor and vendor logs, and report unusual or unauthorized activity to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while supporting security-related protocols and communication procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter, with attention to access points, restricted areas, and operational activity.
• Help to deter unauthorized access, assist with traffic and delivery flow, and document daily activities, incidents, and/or policy concerns in accordance with post instructions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
