Security Officer - Automotive Storage Facility

As a Security Officer - Driver for Site Patrol in Wilmer, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a tech, media, and telecom location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine patrols, and stay highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will provide outstanding customer service, clear communication, and timely reporting while supporting a fast-paced environment. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license that meets Allied Universal driver policy requirements. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to the client by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a tech, media, and telecommunications location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of office areas, production spaces, parking areas, and the building perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verifying credentials and/or directing guests, vendors, and employees according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency services when required.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations in written reports and/or electronic logs, and communicate pertinent information during shift handoff.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
