As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at an automotive location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. Your presence and communication skills will help create a welcoming environment for all visitors and employees. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the needs of the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns within the automotive environment.
• Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and/or contractors as needed while performing patrols.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points at the location.
• Support Allied Universal and client staff during emergency situations by following established protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
