As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal at a transportation location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas while carrying a firearm, helping to deter security-related incidents and create a secure environment for all. What You'll Do:

• Carry out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as required, providing customer service to clients and visitors.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the transportation location in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the assigned location to help to deter potential security-related incidents.
• Work collaboratively with transportation staff and/or visitors to address security-related issues as they arise.
• Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly as part of daily responsibilities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Possess a Level III armed certification for Texas.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
