Pay Rate: $22.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to site personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to Allied Universal leadership and/or site contacts.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location, including production areas, parking areas, shipping and receiving zones, and the perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor access as directed, and report unusual activity involving employees, contractors, deliveries, and/or vehicles.
• Support security-related operations at a food and beverage location by observing equipment areas, trailer yards, and high-traffic zones for suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or operational disruptions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Possess an armed guard card and/or license.
• Have at least 6 months of armed security-related, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
• Possess a valid commercial driver's license.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
