As a Security Officer - Healthcare Dispatch in Newtown Square, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing exceptional customer service. Your role involves maintaining a visible presence, coordinating responses to incidents, and supporting access control. What You'll Do:

• Monitor and coordinate security-related communications and dispatch appropriate personnel to incidents within the healthcare location.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, incidents, and activities using designated systems and/or logs.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for healthcare environments.
• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Communicate with Allied Universal personnel and client representatives to relay information and updates regarding ongoing situations.
• Assist with emergency response activities by relaying information and coordinating resources as needed.
• Support regular and random patrols by receiving and documenting reports from patrolling personnel throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
