As a Security Officer Alarm Response in Kernersville, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, help to deter incidents, and support access control activities. You will provide professional customer service, communicate clearly with employees and visitors, and use technology to document observations and respond to alarm-related activity. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response activities and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, shipping and receiving locations, and the facility perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report unusual conditions or unauthorized access attempts to appropriate personnel.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately in accordance with site-specific procedures, helping to deter unauthorized activity and maintain orderly operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
