As a Security Officer Patrol Agent in Erie, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being active, supporting people first service, and bringing reliable communication, integrity, teamwork, and an innovative mindset to each shift.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including production-adjacent areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, report unusual conditions, and help to deter unauthorized access, theft, and/or property damage through visible presence and routine observation.
• Support daily operations by completing assigned reports, maintaining awareness of site rules, and reporting maintenance, environmental, and/or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
