As a Security Officer - Aero Patrol Team in Appleton, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence. You will interact with employees and visitors, deliver exceptional customer service, and support a secure environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor and report any unusual activity or potential hazards within the aerospace and defense location.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.
• Assist with access control by verifying credentials and granting entry as appropriate.
• Document incidents and observations in accordance with Allied Universal and client protocols.
• Support emergency response efforts by following established procedures for the aerospace and defense environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
