As a Security Officer Administrative Desk in Omaha, NE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional in a healthcare location, you will welcome visitors, manage access, monitor entry activity, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. You will help maintain a professional, secure environment while supporting staff, patients, and guests. Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare laboratory setting.
• Monitor access at the front desk, greet and direct visitors, verify credentials as required, and maintain visitor logs in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed.
• Observe and report unusual activity, access concerns, and security-related issues to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
• Maintain accurate records, complete required reports, and support a professional, welcoming front-desk environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
