As a Security Officer Access Control in Highlands Ranch, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer supporting a financial institution location. You will monitor entry points, verify authorized access, assist with visitor management, and help maintain a welcoming, secure environment for employees and guests. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, manage visitor entry processes, and document access-related activity in accordance with site policies.
• Respond to access control incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established communication channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned interior and exterior areas, including entrances, perimeter areas, and access points, to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and visitor records while communicating professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
