Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, where you will help monitor entry points, verify credentials, manage visitor access, and support daily security-related operations. Pay Rate: $12.45 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to all persons at the location by following site-specific procedures, access control protocols, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor entrances and exits, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas within the manufacturing location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and communicating relevant information to site contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, production areas, loading zones, parking areas, and perimeter, as working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Screen visitors, contractors, and/or deliveries, maintain required logs and reports, and support security-related procedures for employee and vehicle access.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
