As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal at a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor entry points, conduct routine patrols, and remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

• Assist with access control procedures at entrances and exits to help to deter unauthorized entry into the logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor and authorize the entry and departure of employees, visitors, and vehicles to maintain security-related protocols.
• Provide customer service by answering questions and assisting clients and visitors in accordance with site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the logistics and distribution facility and its perimeter to help to deter suspicious activities.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, irregularities, or unusual circumstances according to company procedures.
• Support emergency response activities as needed, including alerting appropriate personnel and assisting with evacuations or other procedures.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential security-related threats and provide reassurance to employees and visitors.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
