Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents, while you provide outstanding customer service and communicate professionally with staff and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Monitor activity within the food and beverage environment to help to deter theft, vandalism, and/or other unwanted behaviors.
• Document and report any security-related incidents or concerns according to company and client protocols.
• Work collaboratively with staff and visitors to maintain a secure and welcoming environment within the food and beverage setting.

Minimum Requirements:

• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
