Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, and site personnel by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and delivery documentation, and report unusual activity or unauthorized access attempts in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations with professionalism, using established communication and escalation procedures to support security-related operations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location.
• Help to document daily activity, maintain accurate visitor and vehicle logs, and communicate relevant observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
