Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while delivering outstanding customer service and clear communication. You will conduct routine patrols, remain visible, and respond to various situations with professionalism. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter, including both interior and exterior areas.
• Observe and report activities and/or incidents that may impact the security-related interests of the location.
• Assist visitors, employees, and contractors by providing information and directions as needed.
• Help to deter unauthorized access, theft, or other unwanted activity by maintaining a visible presence during patrols.
• Complete required logs, reports, and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal management and location contacts to address site-specific needs and concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
