Security Guard - Second Shift Hours

As a Security Officer Patrol in Jefferson, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a dynamic food and beverage location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will support daily operations through strong communication, customer service, and teamwork while bringing integrity, reliability, and a people-first approach to every shift.

Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, entry points, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor logs, deliveries, and/or contractor activity in accordance with site policies for a food and beverage location.
• Support facility operations by communicating clearly with staff and/or first responders, assisting with traffic or pedestrian flow, and completing required reports before the end of each shift.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
