As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol residential areas, helping to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a strong, visible presence. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential property and along the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and common areas to help to deter unauthorized entry and promote a secure environment.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with management, residents, and emergency personnel as required.
• Complete detailed and accurate reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations during patrols.
• Support Allied Universal in maintaining a welcoming and secure atmosphere at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
