As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol retail and mall locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining visible and approachable. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond in a calm, problem-solving manner to incidents and critical situations that may arise at the retail or mall location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail or mall environment and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activities and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or incidents to the appropriate personnel in accordance with Allied Universal policies.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits and verifying credentials as required by site procedures.
• Support enforcement of property rules and regulations while maintaining a professional presence.
• Provide information and assistance to visitors and employees as needed, helping to create a welcoming atmosphere at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Able to ride a bike.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
