As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a high-end retail mall location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will assist guests and store teams with clear communication, report concerns, and respond to situations with professionalism. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and guests by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a retail store location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate updates to site leadership and Allied Universal management as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of sales floors, stock areas, entrances and exits, and perimeter areas to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor access points and observe customer and employee activity for unusual conditions, and document observations according to post orders and reporting requirements.
• Complete routine reports and incident documentation, and assist with crowd management, line control, and/or loss-prevention support as directed by site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
