As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will respond to reports, document observations, and support tenants and visitors with courteous communication and customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with property management and emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including interior common areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter points, noting unusual activity and conditions that may help to deter unwanted behavior.
• Monitor access points and lobby areas as assigned, assisting with visitor check-in, directing foot and vehicle traffic, and reporting suspicious behavior per site procedures.
• Complete daily activity logs and incident reports, communicate observations to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts, and support additional security-related tasks as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of security experience is required.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A primarily driving post is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
