As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will support staff and visitors through courteous customer service, clear communication, and timely reporting. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients at a financial services location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor access points and public areas, assist with visitor direction, and report concerns according to site-specific protocols.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, requesting additional resources and/or emergency services as needed.
• Complete timely reports and logs, communicate relevant information to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership, and support security-related audits and inspections as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Have customer service experience preferred.
• At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• Have CPR and/or First Aid certification preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
