As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will support access control, respond to concerns, and deliver outstanding customer service through clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or contractors at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying appropriate parties and documenting actions taken.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, lobby areas, ATM and vestibule areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor access points and observe for unusual conditions, assisting with directing foot traffic, confirming visitor destinations, and/or reporting maintenance or operational concerns through the proper channels.
• Complete routine security-related reports and logs, including patrol documentation, incident reports, and shift activity notes, per site requirements and Allied Universal procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Speak, read, and write fluent Spanish.
• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
