As a Security Guard - Bank Rounds in Pittsburgh, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and maintain a professional, visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will support associates and visitors with clear communication and customer service, document observations, and collaborate with your team. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarms, suspicious activity, medical calls and/or disruptive behavior, and notify management and/or local authorities as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, exterior perimeter and parking areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Control access by monitoring entries and exits, verifying identification and/or visitor purpose as required, and directing visitors to the appropriate areas.
• Complete shift activity reports and incident documentation, communicate relevant observations to Allied Universal leadership and/or client representatives, and participate in required briefings and trainings.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
