As a Security Guard Dispatch Driver in Carrollton, KY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Chemical/Petrochemical, and more. As a Dispatch Officer in a chemical and petrochemical location, you will monitor activity, coordinate communications, document incidents, and support timely responses to security-related concerns. This driving post offers the chance to use your communication and technology skills while delivering strong customer service. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response communications in a professional manner.
• Monitor radios, phones, alarms, and/or electronic systems from the dispatch post, and coordinate the appropriate response to incidents, service requests, and unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, relaying details to on-site personnel, supervisors, and/or emergency services as needed.
• Maintain accurate dispatch records, incident details, activity logs, and/or shift communications to support security-related operations at the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter when assigned, and help to deter unauthorized activity in environments and conditions that may vary by location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
