As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols and remaining highly visible at a financial institution location. This post requires both armed and driving responsibilities. You will engage with visitors and staff, provide outstanding customer service, and uphold our values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first while supporting a secure environment.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including responding appropriately to emergencies when needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the financial institution and its surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity, security-related hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
• Interact with employees, visitors, and/or customers in a courteous and professional manner, providing assistance as needed.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all incidents, patrols, and security-related activities according to site protocols.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders as required during incidents or critical events.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• At least one year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience is required.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
