As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will communicate clearly, document observations, and respond professionally to site needs while reflecting our agile, reliable, innovative, caring, and integrity-driven culture.

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter.
• Monitor access to the location, verify authorized entry, and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Complete required activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation while communicating relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
