What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to guests, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
• Monitor access control at the front desk, verifying identification and credentials for all personnel and visitors entering the location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for the location.
• Maintain logs and records of all visitors, deliveries, and incidents occurring at the front desk.
• Communicate and coordinate with Allied Universal management and client representatives regarding security-related matters as needed.
• Assist with emergency response activities at the front desk, including alerting appropriate personnel and providing information as required.
• Support the overall security-related operations of the location by observing and reporting any suspicious activity or concerns encountered at the front desk.
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• An active Department of Defense Secret Clearance is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
