The Solutions Architect supports the achievement of sales goals through direct pre-sales support providing high quality, innovative, cost-effective technical solutions that meet or exceed our customer's needs in a professional manner. The Solutions Architect will mentor junior architects within the department. Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 / annually RESPONSIBILITIES:Mentor and manage Solution Architect team, including resource allocation and technical guidanceDesign security technology solutions aligned with customer business requirementsPrepare technical scopes of work, design narratives, and cost estimatesLead estimation process and collaborate with sales, management, and customer teamsReview blueprints and specifications to develop compliant security solutionsResearch emerging technologies to enhance security integration offeringsCoordinate with vendors for pricing and support sales in technical discussions and ROI presentationsEnsure quality assurance and compliance with organizational standards and RFP requirementsQUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):High school diploma or equivalentOne or more of the following industry technology certifications:Physical Security Professional (PSP)Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)Product-specific certification in Access Control and Video platformsMinimum of five (5) years of experience with integrated electronic security solutionsMinimum of three (3) years of experience in a pre-sales support/engineering positionStrong technical knowledge of network infrastructure, video analytics, SaaS, and cloud-based security solutionsProficient in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam and PDF editing softwareExcellent communication skills; able to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate effectivelyWilling to travel (20-30%) as neededPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):Project Management (PMP) certificationCisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent certificationCollege degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another related majorSupervisory experienceBENEFITS:Bonus PotentialMedical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, and disability insuranceEnrollment in our company's 401(k)plan, subject to eligibility requirementsEight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal daysVacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly.
