We are seeking a highly skilled Rover/Front Desk Security Officer to join our team at Allied Universal Security Services. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for building occupants and visitors
- Monitor and respond to security incidents in a timely and effective manner
- Maintain a safe and secure environment by following established protocols and procedures
- Assist with emergency response situations, such as fires or medical emergencies
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in security or law enforcement
- Valid state license (if required) and certification in first aid/CPR
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
