Title:
· Warehouse Associate
Job Overview:
· Shipping/receiving, stocking, kitchen exhaust fan prep per spec, training for future reporting to jobsites to verify electrical and gas connections on commercial kitchen ventilation systems, performing maintenance and repair on commercial exhaust and supply fans, building maintenance and landscaping, trade show deliveries and booth set-up, maintenance and set-up of on-site test kitchen equipment.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Scheduling, shipping and receiving of small to oversized commercial equipment.
· Managing stock control and reconciling w/ inventory levels.
· Loading and unloading of small to oversized commercial equipment from delivery trucks/trailers.
· Preparing kitchen exhaust fans to fulfill orders (Settings, motor sizing, accessories).
· Completing local pick-ups and deliveries of small to oversized commercial equipment using company box truck.
· Scheduling trade show equipment receiving and regional delivery and assisting w/ booth set-up and tear down.
· Occasional out of town overnight travel for delivery/set up/tear down of trade show equipment.
· Maintaining cooking equipment in test kitchen and complete set-up for demonstrations.
· Maintaining cleanliness and general appearance of test kitchen.
· Assisting with equipment installation and troubleshooting on jobsites when needed.
· Annual open house preparations (Cleaning, organizing, set-up and tear down).
· Attending to property maintenance and landscaping.
· TRAINING FOR FUTURE -Traveling to jobsites throughout territory to meet Test & Balance vendor for training. Training will include confirming utility connections are accurately completed to rooftop installed ventilation equipment and kitchen exhaust systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot control systems.
Qualifications
· Shipping/Receiving experience.
· General maintenance skills.
· Electrical knowledge of motors and commercial appliances.
· Must have a valid driver's license and clear driving record.
· Knowledge of commercial equipment operation.
· TRAINING FOR FUTURE-Ability to trouble shoot control/electrical issues relating to jobsite equipment installations.
· Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively with a sense of urgency.
· Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook.
Physical Requirements
· Knowledge & ability to operate manual floor lifts and pallet jacks.
· Frequently lift or move objects up to 50 pounds.
· Occasionally lift or move objects up to 75 pounds.

Salary : $35,000 - $38,500
