Account Coordinator

SUMMARY OF POSITION AND RESPONSIBILITY: 

An Account Coordinator acts as the primary liaison between customers and Allied Stone sales and installation teams.  

Essential Functions: 

• Maintain strong and positive customer relations
• Exhibit customer focused behavior and apply knowledge and training to support customer needs
• Work as a liaison between sales teams and installation teams
• Receive, process, and manage customer orders

QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS AND/OR TRAINING): 

Required Education: 

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Education: 

• Some college education

Required Experience: 

• 3 years of managing customer accounts, sales coordination, administrative, or sales support required. 

ESSENTIAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, ABILITY AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:  

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment 
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of the organization, both internally and externally 
• Works collaboratively in a team environment. 
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality. 
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential. 
• Strong customer service skills 
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (Strong Excel skills) 
• Spanish language fluency a plus, but not required

Work Environment:
This position will be performed in an office environment. This position is 100% onsite at our corporate office in Farmers Branch, TX. 

 
Physical Demands:
This position may be required to lift objects weighing up to 25 lbs from time to time 

Travel Required:
There is no trave, beyond commuting to the office, expected for this position.
