ASAP is hiring on behalf of our client for an Electrical Estimator supporting large-scale pharmaceutical and industrial projects.
Location:
Remote opportunity for candidates currently located in:
• Indianapolis, IN
• Portland, OR
• Phoenix, AZ
Quarterly travel to Indianapolis, IN is expected.
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity supporting complex industrial capital projects.
Key Qualifications:
• 5–10 years of electrical estimating experience
• Strong experience with bid evaluations
• Well versed in take-offs and RS Means
• Familiarity/association with NECA preferred
• Industrial, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or EPC project experience strongly preferred
• Candidates from general contractors are not ideal for this opportunity
Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed electrical cost estimates
• Perform quantity take-offs
• Conduct trade reconciliations and bid evaluations
• Develop “should-cost” estimates
• Support project teams throughout estimate development and execution
Salary : $48 - $67
