Medical Receptionist / Doctor's Assistant
We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and professional Medical Receptionist / Doctor's Assistant to join our growing injury and rehabilitation clinic. This position serves as the first point of contact for our patients while also assisting the provider with clinical and administrative duties to ensure efficient daily operations.
Primary Duties:
Greet patients and provide exceptional customer service
Answer phones and schedule patient appointments
Verify and enter patient information into the electronic medical record system
Assist with patient check-in, check-out, payment acceptance, general office workflow
Assist the doctor with patient care and clinical procedures as directed
Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinical environment
Assist with Spanish/English translation as needed
Coordinate patient flow to maximize clinic efficiency
Secondary Duties:
Assist with passive therapies and rehabilitation treatments under provider
Requirements:
Fluent in both Spanish and English
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Basic computer skills to included EHR, scanning documents, and willingness to learn electronic medical record software.
At this time, 3 six hour days, 24-32 hours per week. Weekdays at this time.
Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
