We are seeking an organized, motivated, and reliable Project Manager to join our team! This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and can successfully oversee multiple construction and repair projects from initiation to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily progress of construction, repair, and maintenance projects
- Communicate effectively with clients, crews, and vendors
- Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met
- Prepare and maintain job documentation, progress reports, and updates
- Manage procurement and allocation of materials and equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Assist with permitting, inspections, and processing of change orders
- Handle project budgeting, invoicing, and cost tracking
Requirements:
- Prior experience in project management (construction background strongly preferred)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (email, project management apps, report writing)
